Dosage
Adults - Take one tablet daily with food or as professionally directed.
Cautions
- Contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. Signs of toxicity include loss of hair and nails. Do not exceed a daily dose of 100mcg of selenium from all sources other than food.
- Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
Side effects
- None noted in the literature at the recommended dosage.
